Reset Your Password

A quick guide to resetting your password within the MTR Portal

Unified Alloys has implemented a new portal, and all users must reset their passwords before signing in. Follow the steps below to set a new password.

    Open the “Forgot your password?” link

    On the MTR Portal Sign In page, select the “Forgot your password?” quick link located below the password field.

    Enter your email address

    Type the email address on your account into the Email Address field, then select “Send Reset Link.”

    An email will be sent to you containing a secure confirmation link that lets you choose a new password.

    Open the email and click the link

    Open the message and select “Click here to choose a new password.”

    This link expires in 60 minutes. If you did not request a password reset, you can safely ignore the message.

    Set your new password

    Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, then select “Change Password” to complete your password reset.
